Two sons
Once there lived a mother. She had two sons. They looked the same. But she made them different. She made one son a healer. She asked him not to stop until he has healed everyone. She told him to heal the skin burns and heartaches, alike. He was asked to heal the person and the public. She told him he could make the world a better place.
She made the other son a trader. She told him, "Mom needs money to feed you. The more, the better." She didn't tell him how much money. She didn't teach him when to stop. But she told him that he can do anything and everything to bring that money home. He was taught to beg, borrow, and steal. She told him he doesn't need to care about the world. And she told him he was no different to her than his brother.
The two sons obediently did exactly what they were asked by their mother. One day, the trader-son shot a person to get his money. He came back home with the money and told his brother and mom everything. The mom took the money and sent the healer-son to the man's rescue. The healer-son healed the man. The man's family blamed their luck but were happy to not lose their family member, so, they praised the healer. When the healer-son came back home he told his mom and brother everything. The mom said, "Looks like we all had a good day. My one son put food on the table and other saved a life. Can I be any more proud?"
The people leading the wars and those leading the peace conventions come from the same house. The mom feeds and houses them both.
